The world is veiled in darkness. The wind stops, the sea is wild and the earth begins to rot. The people wait, their only hope is an ancient prophecy...
"When the world is in darkness, four warriors will come..."
Four Light warriors appear amoung the people, each carrying an Orb. Two thousand years ago the Orbs shined with a briht light, now the shine only with darkness... You are the Light warriors, the world's only hope. You will journey all across the land, through dark caverns, into the depths of the sea and even amoungst the clouds, looking for some way to save the world frm the plauge that is slowly consuming it... And so begins the story of Final Fantasy I which is still a great game to play even today. If you want ot try it out the you can download the rom here, you will also need a NES emulator to run it on, now strictly speaking you should own the origional copy of the game and the rom should only be a back-up copy, but come on lets be serious who the hell is going to buy a NES in this davy and age with PC's,PSone's, PS2's in many homes and X-box on the the way not to mention the game cube.
